International Shipping – Shipped via DHL/FedEx; flat fee at checkout; 7–12 business days delivery; customs/taxes borne by customer.
Delivery Guarantee – Orders are tamper-proof sealed, insured, and ownership transfers only upon delivery and signature; damaged/tampered packages should be refused.
Exceptions & Delays – Public holidays, strikes, natural events, remote areas, and pre-orders may extend delivery timelines.

You may return eligible jewellery within 10 days of delivery.
Item must be unused & unworn, shipped back with the original invoice, lab certificate (e.g., IGI/GIA), and packaging.
Exclusions: Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery; jewellery showing wear, damage, or alterations; missing invoice/certificates.
Refund Method: Original payment method within 8–10 business days after QC approval.
