The Artiaz offers lab-grown and natural diamond jewellery, including both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces. All product images are for representation purposes only; the actual product may vary slightly due to natural characteristics.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST. Metal prices are fixed at the time of purchase. Any fluctuation in prices after the order is placed will not affect the customer. If a typographical or technical error occurs in pricing or description, The Artiaz reserves the right to correct or cancel the affected order.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Once the order is processed, customers cannot cancel their order. The Artiaz reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5 working days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, courier partners, and related information are governed by our Shipping Policy, available at https://theartiaz.com/policies/shipping-policy. The risk and ownership of the product transfer to the customer only after successful delivery confirmation.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Buyback

Our return, exchange, and lifetime upgrade policies are detailed in our Refund and Exchange Policy available at https://theartiaz.com/policies/refund-policy. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection and approval by The Artiaz.

7. Warranty and Authenticity

Each jewellery piece comes with a guarantee of diamond, gemstone, and metal authenticity. We also provide a 100% warranty against any manufacturing defects, subject to full inspection.

8. User Accounts

To make purchases, users must create an account with accurate and complete information. Users must be 18 years or older to access or purchase from our website. We are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

9. Intellectual Property and User Content

All images, designs, text, and logos on this website are the intellectual property of The Artiaz. Customers who share content or tag The Artiaz on social media grant us the right to repost and use that content across our marketing channels.

10. Disclaimers

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible; however, variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings. The Artiaz shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

11. Force Majeure

The Artiaz shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration clause below.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days. If unresolved, it shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed mutually, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Noida, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
